To All Evergreen Homeowners,

We extend a warm welcome to our beautiful community. As of March 2022, the board has made the decision to delegate many of the day-to-day tasks to the capable team at HOA Management Services. Emails will also be handled by HOA Management Services, providing you with an efficient point of contact for all your inquiries. Projects and Architectural Committee: When planning any project that involves exterior changes to your home, such as painting, roofing, or building a shed or fence, please remember that it must receive approval from the Architectural Committee before commencing. You can access the Project Request Form by clicking on the "Project Approval Form" on the menu to the left or contact HOA Management Services for an emailed copy.

***Please note that this address has been provided to Evergreen HOA by the U.S. Postal Service for efficient mail delivery to one of the community mailboxes within Evergreen. The address does not physically exist within our community.

Complaints and Issues: For complaints and issues of concern, we kindly request that you utilize our website for reporting. This will help ensure that the HOA Board is aware of any matters that require attention and resolution within the guidelines of the HOA covenants.

One of the common concerns in 2023 was the condition and maintenance of lawns. We ask that homeowners do their best to keep their lawns clear of trash and weeds, ensuring they are regularly mowed and watered.

Another recurring concern involves trash containers. Please keep them out of sight unless it's your scheduled trash pick-up day and promptly return them once the collection is complete.
