As residents of our wonderful community, it's important to understand the responsibility that comes with living in a neighborhood with restrictive covenants. These covenants, which are a part of your property's deed, obligate homeowners to adhere to specific guidelines and to contribute to the upkeep of our shared spaces through annual assessments.

We are proud to offer one of the most cost-effective HOA dues in the city, at just $135 per year, due to our valuable partnership with New Market Square. This partnership allows us to provide exceptional community services while keeping the financial burden on homeowners to a minimum. Key Details:

• Statements are typically mailed on November 30th, with a due date of January 1st.
• For accounts with outstanding balances, a monthly interest rate of 15% per annum will be applied.
• Delinquent accounts may result in the placement of a lien on the property.
• Filing a lien incurs a cost of $100.00, in addition to administrative fees, court expenses, and certified mailing costs. The homeowner will be responsible for covering these associated costs.

It's of paramount importance that all homeowners pay their dues in a timely manner. The funds collected are essential for covering our community's expenses, including bills, maintenance of the lake, pumps, wells, utilities, insurance, landscaping, mowing, and the coordination of community events.
