Dear New Homeowner:
Welcome to our neighborhood and congratulations on the purchase of your home! On behalf of the Evergreen Homeowners Association Board of Directors and the homeowners of Evergreen, we are delighted to extend our warmest greetings to you as the newest member of our community.
To help you get acquainted with your new surroundings and the association, we have put together this welcome letter to provide you with some essential information.
The Evergreen Homeowners Association is overseen by a dedicated group of volunteers who form the Board of Directors. This Board assumes the crucial role of managing day-to-day operations and obligations of the Association. Additionally, they uphold the standards outlined in our covenants and bylaws, ensuring that all members adhere to these established guidelines.
We are pleased to inform you that our community includes a beautiful, serene lake located just south of the East entrance. Surrounding this lovely feature, you will find benches for relaxation and a paved walkway that encircles the lake. Residents are welcome to enjoy bank fishing. However, please note that to preserve the tranquility and safety of this area, swimming, wading, skiing, boating, or any type of gas-powered remote-control toys are prohibited.
Additionally, our community includes a playground directly to the south of the lake, offering a wonderful space for recreation and enjoyment for families and residents.
Evergreen Homeowners Association values transparency and community involvement. All residents are encouraged to attend our quarterly board meetings, which provide an opportunity to stay informed about important matters and events and have your voice heard.
Our annual meeting, held on the second Tuesday of April, is of particular significance as it includes the election of board members for the coming year. This is a great chance to participate in the governance of our community and help shape its future. We look forward to your active participation in these meetings, as your input and involvement are integral to the continued success of our community.
