The City of Wichita oversees the following:

  • Monitoring vehicles parked on the street for extended periods exceeding 24 hours.
  • Maintenance and care of city street signs.
  • Maintenance and accessibility of fire hydrants.
  • Addressing issues such as potholes and necessary street repairs.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the point of contact for:

  • Handling and resolving all concerns related to cluster mailboxes in our community.

The Evergreen Homeowners Association (HOA) is responsible for:

  • Ensuring adherence to community covenants and addressing covenant violations as necessary.
  • Oversight and upkeep of our shared common areas, which include the lake and entrance signs, to enhance the beauty and welcoming atmosphere of Evergreen.
  • Reviewing and granting approval for project approval forms
