Annual Evergreen HOA Meeting

Our annual Homeowners Association meeting will be held on June 11th, 2024. A letter should be sent out with more details on when and where the meeting will be held. This important gathering provides an opportunity for residents to come together, discuss community matters, and participate in shaping the future of our neighborhood.

2024 Community Dumpster Days - Seeking Volunteers!

Join us in making a positive impact on our community during our Dumpster Days. Volunteers play a crucial role in ensuring the success of these events, and we invite you to participate. Please email HOA Management Services to express your interest in volunteering.

Spring Dumpster Day

• Date: Saturday, June 22th, 2024
• Time: 8:00 AM to Noon (or until full)

Fall Dumpster Day

• Date: Saturday, October 19th, 2024
• Time: 8:00 AM to Noon (or until full)

Both dumpster locations will be conveniently situated across from 2534 N. Parkdale Street.  We appreciate your support in keeping our community clean and vibrant!
