The lake in our community serves a dual purpose, primarily designed for storm drainage while also offering a natural and scenic setting. We've taken measures to maintain its beauty, including cleaning, tree trimming, and limb removal, ensuring that it continues to enhance our neighborhood's appeal.

It's important to note that the lake represents a significant shared expense with New Market Square. Our commitment to this partnership helps keep our HOA dues manageable. This financial collaboration covers mowing, watering, electricity, well and pump maintenance, playground upkeep, bench installations, and insurance, all of which contribute to the lake's overall functionality and aesthetics.

For residents living along the lake's shores, kindly remember to complete a project approval form before placing any items to the east of the sidewalk that surrounds the lake. We also ask that homeowners refrain from tree trimming to maintain a cohesive appearance.
